Many
tourists like Yazd though lacking of charms as in Esfahan and Shiraz, but for
its serene environment (we stayed mostly within the old city, and did not see
the modern part). Almost all tourists would get lost in the maze of alleys, the
map provided in LP was more less useless.
As
if strolling in the medieval town, the yellow mud structures were all we can
see. The monuments (e.g. Alexander Prison and Loriha House) were not opened to
visitors completely, not particularly interesting. Since 21-Feb, most of the
entrance fees nationwide have been increased from RLS5000 to RLS100,000 –
150,000 – I asked for 50% discount and I was granted :)
Met
a few nice travellers here from different part of the worlds, enjoying their
companion. The vacation could be relaxing in this way too… just doing nothing…
